 मालवा में स्वतंत्र मुस्लिम सल्तनत मालवा पर अलाउद्दीन खल्जी ने 1305 ई. में अधिकार कर लिया था। तब से यह दिल्ली के अधीन मुस्लिम नायकों के शासन में रहा। तैमूर के आक्रमण के बाद की अव्यवस्था के युग में यह, अन्य प्रान्तों के समान, स्वतंत्र बन गया। दिलावर खाँ गौरी जिसका वास्तविक नाम हुसैन  खाथा जिसे शायद तुगलक वंश के फीरोज ने मालवा का शासक नियुक्त किया था, 1401 ई. में दिल्ली के सुल्तान से व्यवहारिक रूप में स्वतंत्र हो गया, यद्यपि उसने कभी विधिवत् उसकी अधीनता को अस्वीकार नहीं किया और न राजत्व की पदवी को ही धारण किया।   इसने वैवाहिक संबंधों  से   साम्राज्य का विस्तार किया धार व मांडू में  मस्जिदों का निर्माण किया  साथ ही साथ  चंदेरी को सूचित किया जो कि उस समय प्रमुख व्यापारिक नगर था इसने मांडू में एक किले की नींव रखी  1406 ई. में उसके बाद उसका महत्त्वाकांक्षी पुत्र अल्प खाँ होशंग शाह गौरी आया, जो हुशंग शाह के नाम से सिंहासन पर बैठा। नया शासक विरामहीन प्रवृत्ति का मनुष्य था। उसे साहसपूर्ण कार्यों एवं युद्ध में आनन्द मिलता था, जिनमें वह अपने श...

  मध्यप्रदेश राज्य महिला  आयोग   प्रदेश में महिलाओं को सशक्त बनाने , महिलाओं के हितों की देखभाल व उनका संरक्षण करने , महिलाओं के प्रति भेदभाव मूलक व्यवस्था , सिथति और प्रावधानों को समाप्त करने हेतु पहल कर उनकी गरिमा व सम्मान सुनिशिचत करने , हर क्षेत्र में उन्हें विकास के समान अवसर दिलाने , महिलाओं पर होने वाले अत्याचारों एवं अपराधों पर त्वरित कार्यवाही करने के लिए प्रदेश में राज्य महिला आयोग का गठन किया गया है । मध्यप्रदेश राज्य महिला आयोग का प्रथम गठन राज्य सरकार द्वारा दिनांक 23 मार्च 1998 को मध्यप्रदेश राज्य महिला आयोग अधिनियम 1995 ( क्र 0 20 सन 1996) की धारा 3 के तहत किया गया।   राज्य महिला आयोग महिलाओं के मित्र , शिक्षक , शुभचिंतक और संकल्पशील परामर्शदाता के रूप में कार्यरत है । यह आयोग एक संवैधानिक निकाय है जिसे सिविल अदालत के अधिकार प्राप्त हैं । इस आयोग को सतर्क जांचकर्ता , परीक्षणकर्ता और प्रेक्षक की हैसियत प्राप्त है । आयोग ऐसा अधिकार पूर्ण निकाय है जिसकी सिफारिशों को सरकार अनदेखा नहीं कर सकती है । संरचना ...
